  • Co-Founder

    Octavius Moore has most recently lead Partnerships at Tech:NYC, a tech advocacy organization where he oversaw a startup community of over 500 early stage companies.

    He has worked on partnerships with a myriad of agencies and startups, directly impacting their bottom lines, and helped catapult one of those agency startups to rank 126th on Inc’s 5000 fastest growing companies in 2017. He also is an executive committee member and the state chair of technology for NAACP New York.


  • Co-Founder

    Jason Van Anden is an accomplished inventor, artist, and engineer. He founded Quadrant 2 in 1996, where he has created an array of technologies for companies large and small ranging from industrial robotics to beloved consumer facing apps. He is perhaps best known as the inventor of compelling social justice apps, including the I’m Getting Arrested app for Occupy Wall Street, Mobile Justice for the ACLU and WorkIt for OurWalmart.
